1. Chia Seed is on of those 5 superfoods you need daily.

Although This south American seed often gets stuck between your teeth and might be the reason why you are getting weird looks it is packed with nutrients that will help your body prepare for or recover after successful workout. Chia is good source of dietary fiber, omega-3 –fatty acids and protein. It is also loaded with various vitamins and minerals which makes is a great dietary supplement. Sprinkle on top of sliced mangoes and bananas for dessert.

2. Ginger.

This miracle root has been used in Asia and India for centuries. It has been well known for its inflammation and pain reducing properties. It is also proven to help with nausea, menstrual pain and digestive issues. Yes it has a strong and distinctive taste, but guess what. If you want to be strong and distinctive load up on ginger.
Make yourself ginger juice and forget about inflammation and soreness.
